What we collect
When you use our contact or support forms we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, message and any screenshot you upload. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security.
Why we collect it
We use it only to respond to your enquiry, provide quotes and handle support requests. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need in order to run our business (for example our web host and email provider), and suppliers where needed to fulfil a quote or order you asked for.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or provide our services, and as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@baywood.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
